  2. Substitutions Policy: Orders containing non-food items may be processed with an alternate brand or pack size if the original is unavailable. If you prefer no substitutions, please specify this in the instruction box on the checkout page.
  3. Non-Returnable Items:
  4. All purchased food items sold are non-refundable. Our turnaround time are 24-48 Hours. Some products must be shipped in their original packaging. These items are not eligible for return or exchange, as their packaging cannot remain in resellable condition after shipping and transit.
  5. Availability & Pack Sizes: of confectionery items may vary, as many treats are seasonal or offered for a limited time.
  6. Market shortages can also affect availability: so while items may be listed online, supply is not always guaranteed at the time of fulfillment.
  7. Best Before Dates:
    Shipped products usually carry a Best Before date of 2–6 months or longer. However some products may have passed their due BB date but are still good for consumption with minimal or no harm to the body. All products with due BB dates are labelled as '' Extended Value'' or '' Surclassé'' on our platform. Please consult your physician before consuming such products. However, we always aim to send the freshest stock available with the longest BB date possible.

  10. Our invoices are payable within 10 working days, unless another payment timeframe is indicated on either the invoice or the order. In the event of non-payment by the due date, Twish Cart Technologies Inc reserves the right to request a fixed interest payment amounting to 10% of the sum remaining due. Twish Cart Technologies Inc will be authorized to suspend any provision of services without prior warning in the event of late payment.
  11. If a payment is still outstanding more than sixty (60) days after the due payment date, Twish Cart Technologies Inc reserves the right to call on the services of a debt recovery company. All legal expenses will be payable by the client.
  12. Certain countries apply withholding at source on the amount of invoices, in accordance with their internal legislation. Any withholding at source will be paid by the client to the tax authorities. Under no circumstances can Twish Cart Technologies Inc become involved in costs related to a country's legislation. The amount of the invoice will therefore be due to Twish Cart Technologies Inc in its entirety and does not include any costs relating to the legislation of the country in which the client is located.
  13. Twish Cart Technologies Inc undertakes to do its best to supply performant services in due time in accordance with the agreed timeframes. However, none of its obligations can be considered as being an obligation to achieve results. Twish Cart Technologies Inc cannot under any circumstances, be required by the client to appear as a third party in the context of any claim for damages filed against the client by an end consumer.
  14. In order for it to be admissible, Twish Cart Technologies Inc must be notified of any claim by means of a letter sent by recorded delivery to its registered office within 8 days of the delivery of the goods or the provision of the services.
  15. All our contractual relations will be governed exclusively by Canada law.
